70F. Form of ballot paper.
(1)Every ballot paper shall be in such Form a may be specified by the State Election Commission.(2)The names of the candidates shall be shown on the ballot paper in the same manner and arranged in the same order in which they appear in the list of contesting candidates.(3)The particulars on the ballot paper shall be in Hindi in Devnagri script.(4)The ballot papers shall be serially numbered.(5)The symbol allotted to the candidates under rule 30 shall be shown alongside the name of the candidates on the ballot paper.(6)The space allotted to each candidate on the ballot paper shall have the same dimension.(7)If two or more candidates bear the same name, they shall be distinguished by the addition of their occupation or residence or in some other manner.
