75. Recovery of over payments.
- The Executive Officer or the Chief Executive officer as the case may be, shall be responsible for making prompt recovery of an over-payment made out of the Fund even though made in good faith and while making recommendation for waiving such recovery for special reasons, the fullest justification must be given in support thereof, i.e., practical impossibility of recovery. Recovery of such over-payments may be waived only by the competent authority.
