1. Matter is taken up on office note as extended bank guarantees has been filed on behalf of petitioner.
2. Mr. Vivek Kumar working as Assistant Manager with SBI Bank, CAG NEW DELHI Branch virtually joined the proceedings and his statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the BGs.
3. Mr. Vivek Kumar has stated that the bank extended BG no. 1731320BG0000935 on 10.10.2023 for a sum of Rs. 9,41,07,474/- (Rupees Nine Crore Forty One Lakh Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Four Only) and the same is valid upto 13.10.2024.The same has been issued at the instance of Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/X-1.
4. Mr. Vivek Kumar has stated that the bank extended BG no. 1731320BG0001283 on 10.10.2023 for a sum of Rs.3,19,89,024 /-
