Section 1 in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificates) Rules, 1960
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificates) Rules, 1960.(2)They shall apply to seamen engaged on ships other than home trade ships of less than 200 tons gross.(3)They shall come into force on the 1st January, 1961.
