39. Procedure for review/revision of tariff.
- The Commission, on its own or on an application by the licencee or the utility, on being satisfied that there is need to review the tariff of any utility, shall initiate the process of revision in accordance with the procedure as may be prescribed. The proceedings for suo moto review of the tariff shall be the same as set out in Chapter 11 of these regulations.
