Section 27(2) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(2)In the event of change of ownership or management, or change of category, or location, or upon the withdrawal or addition of some facility provided, the clinical establishment shall inform the concerned registration authority of such change in such manner, as may be prescribed and such clinical establishment shall apply afresh for the grant of certificate of registration alongwith such fees, as may be prescribed.
