(2)The petition shall be accompanied by a list signed and verified in like manner setting forth full particulars of any grounds as laid down in Rule 3, which the petitioner alleges, including as full a statement as possible as to the names of the parties alleged to have committed any corrupt practice and the date and place of commission of each corrupt practice.
