(6)Every person referred to in sub-clause (4) shall hold office in the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University by the same tenure, at the same remuneration and upon the same terms and conditions and with the same rights and privileges as to pension or gratuity, if any, and other matters as he would have held the same on the date notified by the Government under clause (b) of sub-section (6) of section 68 or the date specified in the order under sub-section (4), as the case may be, as if this Act had not been passed.
