Section 33(2) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(2)Where considered necessary, the procuring entity may also specify trials, sample testing and other additional methods of Technical evaluation of a bid:Provided that the requirement of such trials, sample testing or additional methods of evaluation shall be indicated in the bidding documents and a record of such trials and testing shall be maintained.
