Section 2A(3) in The Port Rules for the Port Of Visakhapatnam
(3)The Master shall supply to the Pilot all information with regard to quarantine, dangerous goods on board, ships' draft and matters relating to the ships' behaviour, etc., and shall, on completion of pilotage and berthing or unberthing, complete and sign the certificate on specified forms presented by the Pilot.
