Section 24(21) in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
(21)(a)to raise, on behalf of the University, loans from the Central or any State Government or the University Grants Commission or the Public or any Corporationowned or controlled by the central or any State Government ;(b)to borrow money with the approval of the Government on the security of the property of the University for the purposes of the University ;
