Section 3(b) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
(b)The College shall be located at a place within the radius of 15 Km where there is a District and Sessions Court, so as to enable the students to attend Courts as part of their practical training course of their study.
