This is an application for deleting the names of the respondents No. 3-10 who have been arrayed in the Cause Title by their names.
Mr. D.K. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, the respondents names have been shown together with their 2 2024:MLHC:587 official designation. He prays that the names be deleted against the said respondents in their official capacity.
The same is not objected to by Mr. S. Jindal, learned counsel for the respondents. Prayer is allowed.
As such, the parties are struck off from the array of parties. Registry to make necessary corrections. Misc. Case is accordingly allowed.
