Section 25 in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
25. The Academic Council.
(1)The Academic Council shall consist of the following, namely:-(i)The Director - Chair Person(ii)The Deans - Members(iii)The COO&R - Secretary(iv)Such other members as may be specified by the Board of Management.(2)The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the Institute and shall, and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the Institute.
