Section 1 in Cyber Appellate Tribunal (Powers and Functions of the Chairperson) Rules, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called Cyber Appellate Tribunal (Powers and Functions of the Chairperson) Rules, 2016.(2)They shall come into force on the date of the publication in the Official Gazette.
