Section 6(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
(1)There shall be a President of the Council who shall be enrolled on the register and shall be elected by the members of the Council from amongst themselves. He shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, hold office for a term of five years from the date he enters upon his office.
