Section 4(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act, 1935
(1)Except as otherwise provided in Section 3 and in this Section, the term of office of a member of the Council, other then an ex-officio member, shall be of three years, and shall commence from the date of the notification of his election or nomination under sub-section (3) of Section 3.
