12. Meetings of the Trustees.
(1)The meeting of the trustee shall be convened by the managing trustee or under his direction by any other Trustees.(2)The quorum for the meeting of the Trustees shall be three trustees, personally present.(3)In the event of equality of votes, the person presiding such meeting shall exercise casting vote.
