ORDER
% 14.02.2019 Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 (MCI), submits that he has filed his counter affidavit in response to the amended writ petition.
However, no copy thereof is forthcoming on record. Ms. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, also submits that she has not received a copy thereof.
Mr. T. Singhdev undertakes to furnish a copy of the counter affidavit to Ms. Ray during the course of the day, who seeks and is granted two weeks to file rejoinder thereto.
The remaining respondents are granted further opportunity of two weeks to file counter affidavit in response to the amended writ petition with advance copy to the petitioner, who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within two weeks thereof.
