Section 148(1)(e) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(e)the payment to teachers of recognised primary schools (including ordinary Urdu Schools and Primary Sanskrit Schools) of compensation for any loss of fees to which they may be put by any orders which Government may issue in respect of the percentage of their pupils whom they must exempt from the payment of fees;
