Section 8(1) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(1)All teaching recognised by the University shall be conducted in the University or in colleges and institutions;Provided that for the purposes of clause (12) of section 4, the teaching so aided, may be recognised by ordinances for general or specific purposes.
