2. Considering the volume of matters and the common thread pervading through them, in order to expedite the hearing, following directions are issued: -
2.1. Counsel for the Petitioners in each individual matters are directed to inspect the court records and ascertain whether the Respondents have been duly served. If the service report is in negative, the concerned counsel for the Petitioners shall file fresh process fee and ensure service upon the Respondents, by all permissible modes including through process server, as well as speed post.
