ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 12/12/2025 01:43:47 pm ) W.P.No.18199 of 2025 direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to make amendment to the bill of entries morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition by deleting th the name of the 4 respondent in the said bills of entries.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the 4 respondent, on th instructions, would submit that the 4 respondent has no objection for th deleting the name of the 4 respondent from the respective bills of entries referred to in the prayer to this writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would also submit that the shipping line will be submitting the application with the nd 2 respondent seeking amendment of the bills of entries, which are morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, accompanied with th the NOC issued by the 4 respondent, seeking deletion of the name of the th 4 respondent from the respective bills of entries referred to supra and on nd receipt of the said application, a direction may be issued to the 2 respondent to consider the application of the shipping line, within a time https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 12/12/2025 01:43:47 pm ) W.P.No.18199 of 2025 frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, the 2 respondent is directed to pass final orders on the application filed by the shipping line, which should be accompanied th by the NOC issued by the 4 respondent, for deletion of the name of the th 4 respondent in the bills of entries morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
