Section 385 in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
385.
A delegate of co-operative society shall get travelling allowance from his own society for attending the meeting of the general body of the Central Co-operative Society of which his society is a member:Provided that the T.A. shall be paid only after it is certified by the Central Society that he attended the said meeting of the general body of the Central Society.
