Section 14(2)(xiv) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980

(xiv)omits or refuses to held any officer of the jail in the case of an attempted escape on the part of any of the prisoner or detenue. shall be deemed to have committed a Jail offence.
