                                                      ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to restraint the events that flag hoisting ceremony, procession and Music concert would conduct on 15.12.2019 and 16.12.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the flag hoisting ceremony has already been conducted on 15.12.2019 and 16.12.2019 and thereby, this writ petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
