Section 46(1) in National Housing Bank (Officers') Service Regulations, 1997
(1)Any Scheme, order or circular issued by the Chairman governing any matter relating to appointment, promotion leave rules, medical scheme, conveyance scheme, residential accommodation scheme and other perquisites shall cease to have effect on the appointed day.
