Section 60(3) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2001 (Model)
(3)The Fund shall be applied.-(a)to implement programmes for the welfare and rehabilitation of juvenile or children.(b)to pay grant-in-aid to non governmental organizations;(c)to meet the expenses of State advisory board and its purpose;(d)to do all other things that are incidental and conductive to the above purposes.
