53. Intimation to Financiers
. [Section 51(10)] - An intimation regarding any entry in the certificate of registration, as required under sub-sections (10) and (11) of section 51 of the Act shall be made to the financier in Form H.P. Entry by the registering authority immediately on the date of such entry being made.
