Section 21 in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
21. The fair price shop holder shall observe the prescribed working hours and the shop shall not be kept close during working hours without the prior permission in writing from the Controller or any other Officer authorized by him.
