Section 105(2) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(2)All sums received on account of contribution of the Council to the Contributory Provident Fund and usual interest thereon in respect of every employee of the Council who opts to the pension scheme under these rules and the grants-in-aid received from Government shall be placed to the credit of the Central Pension Fund.
