Section 46C(1) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Election Rules, 1965
(1)The control and balloting units of every voting machine used at a polling station shall bear a label marked with,-(i)the number of the ward, name of the Grama Panchayat;(ii)the serial number and name of the polling station or stations;(iii)the serial number of the unit; and(iv)the date of poll.
