110. Affidavit in reply.
- Subject to rule 28, an affidavit intended to be used in reply to the affidavit filed in opposition to the petition shall be filed not less than two days before the day fixed for the hearing of the petition, and a copy of the affidavit in reply shall be served on the day of the filing thereof on the person by whom the affidavit in opposition was filed or his advocate or pleader or authorized representative.Provisional Liquidator
