Section 23 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Act, 1999
23. Constitution of Committees.
- Where any authority, of the University is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such Committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authorities concerned and of such other persons (if any) as the authority in each case may think fit.
