Section 17 in Andhra Pradesh Prisons Development Board Act, 2001
17. Vesting of prison lands and buildings in the Board.
- On and from the date of commencement of this Act, all land and buildings appurtenant thereto in the charge or possession or use of the Prisons Department of Government of Andhra Pradesh other than those specified in the Schedule shall, vest in the Board and be subject to its control.
