Section 22(1) in Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010
(1)In performance of the functions specified in sub-section (1) of section 23 and in order to fulfill the requirements of clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 28, the teacher shall maintain a file containing the pupil cumulative record for every child which will the basis for the awarding the completion certificate specified in sub-section (2) of section 29.
