The University, if fully satisfied on an inspection as it deems necessary that the conditions mentioned above are fulfilled by the Management, shall grant provisional affiliation for the second year B. Pharm degree course of study after collecting a sum of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) towards the fee for provisional affiliation granted herein by giving three months' stating the reasons therefore to the management of the proposed college.Explanation. - The Provisional affiliation granted under this statute is only for the second year of the b.unarm degree course.
