                                                      ----Respondents

For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shovit Jhanjharia For Respondent(s) : Mr. Rajendra Prasad, AAG with Mr. SP Singh HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK SHARMA Order 09/07/2018 This contempt petition arises for alleged contravention of the interim order dated 30.5.2017 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13941/2016.

(2 of 3) [CCP-190/2018] At the outset, Mr. Rajendra Prasad, AAG appearing for the respondents submits that entire contempt petition is misconceived and misdirected. He submits that petitioners are seeking appointment in their petition to the post of Lecturer, ABST Zoology and Chemistry respectively. The process of the respondents going forward for appointment which the petitioners claim to be contrary to the court's interim order is with regard to Lecturers in subjects other than the subjects of ABST, Zoology and Chemistry. The petitioners' writ petition did not relate to any such subject nor can the interim order dated 30.5.2017 therefore relate to appointments other than the appointments to the post of Lecturer, ABST, Zoology and Chemistry. Mr. Rajendra Prsad, AAG states that no further proceedings for appointment of Lecturers have been taken for appointment to the post of Lecturer, ABST, Zoology and Chemistry in view of the interim order dated 30.5.2017.

Mr. Shovit Jhanjharia, counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to deny that the petitioners are not the candidates seeking appointment to the post of Lecturer (Philosophy) in (3 of 3) [CCP-190/2018] Government Colleges in the State of Rajasthan or that the appointment process in issue does not relate to the subject of ABST, Chemistry and Zoology.

In this view of the matter, no steps having been taken for appointment to the post of Lecturer, ABST, Zoology and Botany in Government Colleges in the State of Rajasthan, I cannot find any contempt, as alleged, made out in this petition.

There is no force in the petition. It is accordingly dismissed. Contempt notices stand discharged.
