28. Regulation.
(1)The authorities of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act, the Statute and the Ordinance for the conduct of their own business and that the Committee, appointed by them and not provided for by this Act, the Statute or the Ordinance in the manner prescribed by the Statute.(2)Regulation made shall be placed before the Kuladhipati for his approval and shall be effective from the date of its approval.
