1. This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking permission to travel to Bangkok from 28.09.2023 to 03.10.2023.
2. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the State seeks time to file response to the application, as according to him there are certain facts which are crucial to be taken into consideration at the time of adjudication of the application.

3. Mr. Hariharan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that if the matter is adjourned, the application will be rendered infructuous, looking at the dates of travel.
4. This Court is of the view that response of the State is necessary before the application is taken up for consideration. At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner will re-schedule his dates for visit to Bangkok and an additional affidavit to this effect shall be filed within 04 working days from today.
5. Let the additional affidavit be filed, as prayed for. Response to the application/additional affidavit shall be filed by the State within 01 week thereafter.
6. List the application for consideration on 12.10.2023.
