- On receiving the draft paint from the Government pleader, the District Officer shall make a reference to the Legal Remembrancer; provided that Small Cause Court cases less than Rs. 500 in value, which involve no substantial question of law not being cases of the Local Authorities brought may be with the sanction of the Commissioner and conducted under his instructions without reference to the Legal Remembrancer.
