Section 43 in The Rajasthan Tax on Luxuries (in Hotels and Lodging Houses) Act, 1990
43. Removal of difficulties in the implementation of the Act.
- If any kind of difficulty in the implementation of this Act arises for which no specific provision is there in the Act or in the rules made thereunder, the matter may be referred by the Commissioner to the State Government and the decision of the State Government with regard lo it shall be final.
