Section 18(1) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1981
(1)The Head of Office on receipt of application in Part I of Form 2 under rule 17 shall-(a)acknowledge immediately the receipt of Form 2 in Part II of that Form and despatch the same to the applicant;(b)forward Form 2 in original to the [Director, Pension Department] [Substituted vide F. D. Notification No. F. 1 (45) FD/Gr. 2/83, dated 17-1-1984 w.e.f. 1-12-1983.] in Part III of that Form with the request that Part IV of that Form may be completed immediately and returned to him as early as possible so that action for getting the applicant examined by the appropriate medical authority is taken.
