(8)The privileges of affiliation of a college which fails to comply with any direction of the Executive Council under sub-section (7) or to fulfil the conditions of affiliation may, after obtaining a report from the Management of the college and with the previous sanction of the [State Government,] [Sub-section (8) and (9) for the word 'Chancellor' the words 'State Government' substituted by U.P.
