Section 13(2) in The Special Rules for the Mulit-storeyed and Public Buildings, 1974
(2)The parking spaces and facilities provided under this rule shall be maintained as such to the satisfaction of the Commissioner and conforming to any by law that may be made by the Corporation from time to time in this regard.
