Section 45 in Eternal University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008
45. Savings.
- Notwithstanding repeal of the Himachal Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006, under the Chitkara University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008, any action taken or anything done under the said Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
