Section 3(1)(b) in Tamil Nadu Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1956

(b)May, be order, direct that neither the owner of the property nor any other person shall, without permission of the competent authority, dispose of, or structurally alter, the property of let it out to tenant until the expiry of such period, not exceeding two months, as may be specified in the order.
