3. It is observed that the Interim Application as well as the Execution Application are on lodging numbers. Let objections to the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Application be removed within a period of three weeks and registered numbers be obtained, failing which, the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
