Section 45(1) in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961
(1)Every person who is a member of more than one resource society (other than a [Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] or a Central Bank or a marketing society) dispensing credit shall, if he has not already made, make a declaration in Form that he will borrow only from one such society to be mentioned in the declaration and shall send a copy of such declaration duly attested to all societies of which he is or has become a member.
