42. Penalty for failing to produce licence etc, by licence or his servant.
- If any holder of a licence, permit or pass granted under this Act or any person in his employment and acting on his behalf, fails to produce such licence, permit or pass on the demand of any officer duly empowered by the Government in this behalf to make such demand, shall be liable to tine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
